American country music singer-songwriter, Ashley Monroe accepted a glittering diamond ring from American professional baseball pitcher for the Chicago White Sox of Major League Baseball, John Danks. John popped the question on September 14, 2012, following a show on the Pistol Annies tour. Ashley announced the engagement on Twitter “I said yes . . . I’m engaged to my John Danks! Best night of my life!” They tied the knot on October 24, 2013, at Blackberry Farm in Walland, Tennessee.
