Television host and personality, Chris Jacobs had given a stunning diamond ring to his girlfriend, Ivy Teves. The couple met through Instagram and started dating in December 2015. Chris popped the question at Wrigley Field before the Cubs played the Los Angeles Angels. After throwing out the first pitch, he presented the ring an asked the question. She said yes!
