Got A Pokemon Fan In Your Life? This Ring WIll Help You Catch ‘Em (All)

Or, you know, just catch ‘the one’ instead…

Okay, we admit it. We’re suckers for novelty engagement rings… sometimes. This is one of those times. If you grew up in the 90’s or 00’s, you’ll no doubt be a fan of the entertainment behemoth that is Pokemon – or if not, you’ll know people who are. Since the mobile game Pokemon Go was launched in 2016, there are legions of new and renewed superfans of the creature-catching universe all over the world. Which means, obviously, there’s a lot more Pokemon swag around too… and that includes engagement rings!

U-Treasure is not the first brand to release a collection of Pokemon-themed engagement rings, but their designs are definitely some of the best we’ve seen. If your other half loves Pikachu as much as you, this is definitely the kind of ring she’ll want.

This gorgeous Pikachu ring is created in 18 karat white and yellow gold, with tiny versions of everyone’s favourite electric rabbit (or something?) running up the shoulders towards a shimmering diamond. There’s also an alternative design of a tiny Pikachu sitting at the top of the ring, wrapping its tail around the centre diamond and holding a second smaller diamond in its arms. Prices start at around $780 and the diamond is sold separately.

If that wasn’t enough nerdiness for one momentous life occasion, U-Treasure have also launched a Pokeball engagement ring box for your Pikachu ring for a paltry $115. When the wedding day rolls around, you can even keep the theme going and get hitched with Pikachu wedding bands in his and hers designs. What’s not to love?

If you’re not the biggest fan of cute little Pikachu, U-Treasure also launched a Mew engagement ring earlier this year. In rose gold, white gold or platinum, the design features a tiny mew resting against the side of a flashy diamond. Like Pikachu, there are also wedding bands available in the design of Mew’s beautiful long tail.

Either way, your Pokemon ring will be the very best, like no ring ever was. (Sorry).
