19 Kids and Counting‘s star Jill Duggar got a sparkling diamond ring from 25-year-old Arkansas native, Derick Dillard. Jill is the second oldest child of the Duggars. The proposal happened in late March when Jill and Derick went for lunch in nearby Bentonville, Ark. Afterward, during a walk in the park, a stranger approached them and asked if he could sing a love song. More musicians showed up and Dillard dropped to one knee and popped the question.
